Microsoft is seeking a Business Process & Analysis Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Orchestrate planning the ROB across the whole area (forecasting / QBU prep facilitation / budgeting);
Leverage Modern BI & predictive analytics to drive healthy dialogue around business forecast, month end close reporting;
Challenges input from segment and Business Group controllers;
Subject matter expert for purchase intent reporting;
Annuity Mix analysis;
Monthly analytics across Area /subs / segments;
Ad hoc reporting through M&O – Alias;
Executive meeting insights- telling the story;
One note completeness;
Orchestrate central budgeting at MSA level;
Active participation in Commercial Community in MSA;
Lead the CEE Centre of Excellence, driving local and area insights, standard reporting, and support for key planning processes.
Critical Indicators of Success:
Simplification and standardization of reporting (# of local reports, adoption of leader experience, finance dashboard);
Drive modernizing Finance backbone;
On time execution of ROB and drive clear, actionable outcomes;
Clarity and correctness of narrative, leading to deep insights on business performance.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in finance / finance leadership positions;
Experience in Multinationals with multi-product / multi-segment finance roles;
Strong collaborative and analytical skills and tools knowledge and passion for process excellence;
Experience in working in matrix organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision making;
Fluent in English;
BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA preferred.
