Responsibilities:
Coordination of a company sales & trade investment budget building & regular review
Coordination of a dpt spednings budget building
Leading the process of sales targets setting for field teams & KPI calculation
Weekly monitoring of personal sales evolution
Monthly sell-out data analysis at each account and point of sale level & reconciliation vs sell-in data
Monthly launches analysis
Monthly grey market monitoring
Regular presentations creation for top management (sales, budget, distribution etc.)
Managing the team of analysts & beauty advisors, make-up artists and skincare specialists supervisors
Participation in multiple company’s projects with regards to data analysis and forecast
Professional skills and experience:
Higher education
Fluent English
Experienced MS office user (MS Excel, Power Point): extensive experience of working with big sales databases; extensive experience of PPT presentations creation for top management
Experience of company budget control: understanding of company P&L; ability to forecast sales at each channel / key account level as well as the level of commercial/trade investments
Experience of department spendings budgeting and control.
Understanding of sell-in / sell-out / personal sales relation
Experienced BI user
Retail experience is a plus
Open minded team player with outstanding communication skills & extensive managerial skills. Ability to learn fast
Ability to handle multiple ad-hoc requests. “Hands on” approach to work
