The Business Manager Russia is responsible for Ingredion’s business in the Russian Federation and the development of target markets in Central Asian countries, e.g. Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan. She/he is the legal representative of the Representation Office in Moscow and leads the local Ingredion team. This team includes 1 Technical Service Technologist, 1 Customer Service representative and 1 Internal Sales and Office Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities:
- Business Development – Grow Ingredion’s business in Russia and other target countries in Central Asia through its Growth Platforms. Develop medium sales plans for the region and deliver annual revenue, profit and volume goals
- Distributor Management – Manage channel partners in Russia and Central Asia
- Key Account Management – Manage Large accounts and multinational accounts in collaboration with the Global Key Account team
- Team Management – Lead and develop the local team
- Representative of Representation Office – Act as the legal head of the Ingredion Representation Office in Russia
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- University degree, ideally in business management and/or science
- Proven experience in a senior sales position within the food ingredient business especially related to:
- Large local and Multinational Account Management
- Distributor Management
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Formal team management and / or senior lead role experience
- Commercial acumen
- Readiness for business travel in Russia and Central Asian countries
