Main accountability:
- Establish requirements for CRM and BI systems
- Establish sales force effectiveness policies and procedures
- Design and implement knowledge management capabilities
- Establish approach to market research
- Leading Customer Experience transformation within CX Operating model, by driving CX initiatives at local level with close collaboration with Corporate team
- Provide high level of support to Chiesi Russia Business Units
- Team: CRM Manager, SFE Analyst, Market Research Specialist
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Pharma
- People management experience
- Proven leadership skills, innovative mindset, strong project management
- Fluent English
