About the Role:
Ferrero is currently looking for Business Intelligence Manager (Data Office & Sales Force Automation).
Main Responsibilities:
- Elaborates and aligns data strategy, processes, politics, standards, implements best practices of data management
- Ensure systems and operations continuity
- Leads design and implementation of SFA, image recognition, coordinates provider
- Defines architecture of SFA solution and data warehouse
- Leads internal and external consultancy and developers’ teams
- Develop functional design and approve it with all stakeholders
- Develop and controls service KPIs
- Maintains technical documentation
- Supports distributor integration process
- Leads data platform development, creates operational tools working with data platform
- Integrates back office and front office data into single data warehouse
- 5 direct reports
Main requirements:
- University degree
- Experience with SFA design and implementation (migrations is a plus)
- Microsoft technologies understanding MS SQL, Analysis Services, MDS, Integration services. Power BI, ETL
- Data strategy development and implementation experience
- Big data and machine learning technologies is a plus
- Communication skills, top management presentation experience
- Team / people management experience
- English Upper-Intermediate
- Russian fluent
