They are looking for applicants with a proven track record in the UAE in the field of international transportation logistics. WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
- Development of the company business
- Search and attraction of new clients (importers/exporters)
- Working out and implementing complex solutions for organizing FEA in the UAE
- Regular personal meetings with target clients
- Handling carriers, contractors, foreign agents and other subcontractors
- Working through client requests, finding the best logistical and cost-efficient options, reasonable pricing, and preparing quotes
- Negotiating and signing contracts with customers
- Organization and coordination of international transportations at all stages
- Monitoring of obligations fulfillment under the signed agreements
- Participation in exhibitions, conferences and seminars
- Handling claims, dealing with complaints and requests of clients.
EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATES:
- Experience in business development (sales experience) in transport and logistics international services or industrial equipment from 2 years is desirable
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry sector will be an advantage
- Ability to correctly identify "target customer" of the company
- Detailed understanding of local business processes in international transport logistics and FEA in the UAE
- Good presentation skills and business acumen for competent negotiating and correspondence skills
- Availability of own client base is welcomed
- Resistance to stress, responsibility, aggressiveness, self-confidence, proactive attitude to life, analytical mindset, good mathematical skills
- Advanced PC user - good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- English - Advanced is a must (conversational level)
- Russian language - fluent
