Responsibilities:
Overseeing and implementing strategies, plans and procedures
Implementation of automated hiring processes
Seeking of new opportunities and improvement of existing business processes
Implementation of automation processes to increase efficiency within the company
Designing and analysing metrics that inform the success of the business
Identification of qualified service providers and monitoring of execution
Establishing new partnerships and collaborations
Requirements:
Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
3+ years of experience business roles, ideally with a spike in hiring
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Strong time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail & excellent problem-solving ability
Excellent technical and analytical abilities
Experience working with teams to estimate project timelines, set up milestones, and manage delivery expectations
Self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude
