ByteDance is seeking a Business Development Mananger.
Responsibilities:
Ads product related business development.
Summarize the existing TikTok ads product’s strength and weakness, compared with key competitors.
Explore and understand the market demands about new ads format and features.
Work with sales team, product team, and external partners, like data provider, 3rd party developer, to adjust/ enhance/ create product feature.
Digital marketing partnership related business development.
Work with industrial leading 3rd parties, like data, research, measurement, to build strong partnership.
Initiative/ design/ execute short term and long term projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
5+ years digital media ads product/ BD experiences.
Experiences of working in Russian or global leading big digital media group.
Fluent English in both verbal and written communication.
Strong negotiation and deal closing capability and experiences.
Cross team project management experiences and successful cases.
