Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  •  Develop and communicate a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  •  Provide visionary leadership to steer company direction and foster growth.

 Business Development and Team Leadership:

  •  Build customer relationships and drive bid success.
  •  Cultivate an innovative culture to support continuous business development.
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships for growth.
  •  Expand into new markets with strategic initiatives.

Business Intelligence:

  •  Collaborate across teams to capitalize on market trends and ensure adaptability.
  •  Manage market and bid-specific intelligence reporting.

Revenue Generation:

  •  Drive revenue growth through optimization and setting ambitious targets.
  •  Collaborate with department heads for effective planning and execution.

Stakeholder Management:

  •  Expand stakeholder network and build relationships.
  •  Promote BLS solutions in the regions for strong brand recall.

 

Qualification & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  •  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, dealing with government contracts and procurement in travel, hospitality, IT Services companies.
