Customer is a fast-growing company dedicated to the advanced materials industry. Is seeking a Business Development Manager to join them in Russia. This position reports to the Global Commercial Head and will be responsible for overall business development in Russia.
Role Overview:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share and increase revenue growth in Russia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts in the Russian market
- Provide market insights and feedback to the global commercial team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of projects and products
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and potential threats
- Prepare and present business proposals and contracts to potential clients Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development in the advanced materials industry in Russia
- Proven track record in driving business growth, expanding market share, and increasing revenue
- Strong business acumen, including financial analysis and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues in different regions and functions
- Fluent in Russian and English, additional language skills preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
Ideal Profile:
