A large multinational confectionary producer “United Confectioners” provides the opportunity to join to the Business Unit in India as a Business Development Manager.
The company is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand clientele in India. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with distributors and key food retailers throughout the Indian region.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new customers and their needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients (distributors and food retailers, buyers)
- Promote the company’s products or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contacts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Russian Languages
- Indian confectionary or food market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
