Yandex Ads is the all-in-one digital advertising solution, helping businesses worldwide attract new Russian-speaking audiences. Currently, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join team and contribute to the development of advanced advertising solutions, monetization tools and comprehensive analytics.
Tasks that await you:
- Sales and partnership efforts. You will represent the company in negotiations and sales meetings by presenting products and services tailored to meet client needs. You will also be responsible for building global partnerships in collaboration with the business development team and identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Product and service promotion. You will deliver presentations and demonstrations of IT products and services at industry conferences and events to showcase the company’s solutions
- Reporting and feedback. You will be responsible for generating regular reports on sales activities and market trends and providing feedback on customer needs and potential opportunities
- Team collaboration. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align regional activities with overall company goals and participate in cross-functional projects as needed
We expect that you:
- Are fluent in English and Russian
- Have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in digital advertising or marketing industries
- Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills to influence decision-makers and build lasting partnerships
- Bring excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

- Have knowledge of additional languages
