3. 5+ years of e-commerce experience or digital marketing or other online B2B business;
4. 8+ years market experience in Russia and well connected with brands and suppliers and strong relationship in the industry;
5. 2 different markets is Plus;
6. Project management (skills, and according to the goals flexibly adjusts the action plan during the process to ensure that projects meets the goals).
