Responsibilities:
Defining sales strategy, pricing and TV / AV brands promotion in CIS countries, CEE, FSU and MEA
Development and implementation of an approach to distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels
Collecting sales forecast and planning sales
Developing relationships with new and existing customers
Negotiations with clients
Organization and execution of shipments of goods Sales plan implementation
Development, approval and implementation of promotional offers
Requirements:
Master or bachelor degree
Successful experience in a similar position from 2 years
Good knowledge of related category (categories) markets, experience in working with leading retail, online players and distributors
Product management and sales experience
Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above
Proficiency in Russian at the Fluent level
Excellent negotiation skills
Skills in short-term and long-term planning of purchases and sales
Result orientation, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, systematic approach to work
