Job Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Blockchain/Fintech business development, with a strong track record
  • High level of English. No excuses. Communicating in English will be part of your daily routine

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Hard work and work hard. Being in startup mode means hard-working while the competitors are on vacation
  • A lot of Zoom meetings with current and potential partners
  • Visit blockchain/crypto conferences in Dubai and abroad and connect with dozens of potential partners per day
  • Sell promising early-stage blockchain startups to tier 1 and tier 2 venture capital funds
  • Update partners on the progress our portfolio startups have made in the last month. Offer upsells
  • Write sales letters and business proposals in English
  • Meet KPIs: partnerships, calls, communications
  • Meet potential partners in Dubai in person
  • Maintain CRM as your strict math teacher taught you
  • Report on your progress in weekly Zoom team calls
  • Work using the Kanban method, planning tasks for the month and breaking them down into weekly sprints
