AliExpress Russia is seeking a Business Development Manager/Lead for Seller Growth Department. The responsibility of this role is accountability for B2B Partners launch and onboarding on AliExpress from first contact to first sale.
Responsibilities:
- Development of new B2B projects and partnerships;
- Explore and drive potential business opportunities through communication, negotiation, strategic planning, coordinating resources and special events;
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.);
- Participation in working groups and negotiations with local leading sellers;
- Autonomous project management for partners launch and pipeline with weekly follow-up;
- Serve as the link of communication between partners, Technical partners and internal teams;
- Close cooperation with Technical partners with ability to recommend most convenient, experienced and fast for each concrete seller case;
- Identify existing and regional market leaders and market shifts while being fully aware of sellers’ marketplace/e-commerce strategy and competition status.
Requirements:
- More than 4 years in B2B market expansion (Regional level is a plus);
- Strong project management skills;
- Experience in partnerships, B2B marketing, B2B events;
- Good understanding of e-commerce model;
- Strong communication skills, multi-task, result-oriented;
- Business sense, keeps on track market environment, industry development, so as to identify resources and opportunities inside and outside to grow business;
- Cross-cultural and cross team projects experience, ownership, good command of data analysis.
