В крупную фармкомпанию Novartis требуется Business Development & Localization Lead.
As part of the team this role is critical in leading Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) activities within a country (typically large revenue OR medium revenue) or Business Unit.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop, lead and participate in the execution of the organization’s BD&L strategies and plans
- Strength Business Development activities to enhance the value of Alliances & manage partnership risks
- Lead the prioritization of activities in accordance with strategic priorities
- Develop business cases including detailed and comprehensive financial modeling & analysis as key part of the evaluation of the potential deal
- Lead at country level negotiations and structuring of transactions (e.g. partnerships, License deals, out license, JV, divestments etc.), and support contracts preparation
- Lead governance process for all BD&L related activities
- Support day to day project management, resource allocation, managing across matrixed functions, timeline adherence, internal & external communications and working effectively in x-functional teams
- Participate actively in above country discussions to shape BD&L strategies and to create further business opportunities for the company
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree in economics, business, or related field
- Significant (7-10 years) relevant experience
- Demonstrated clear leadership skills in driving processes across units and ability to influence others
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly present data in reports distributed to Region/Global
- Russian, English fluent spoken & written
