- SpicyRocket is looking for a business development leader for Russian and Indian markets
- As a team, they are modern and founder-centric. Company is connecting Russian and Indian startup ecosystems. Believes in the Global synergies of international teams and entrepreneurs. In this role, you'll be able to work with some of the most promising startups from Russia and India. And who knows, maybe you'll even get to be the lucky person who opens the door to the next unicorn company
- Company is looking for a Business Development Leader who is passionate about entrepreneurship, data-driven, and can successfully open doors for clients. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring client success and making the right connections
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between SpicyRocket and clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare reports on sales and client engagement
- Develop and implement strategies for client success
- Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction
- Build and maintain a network of key industry contacts
- Collaborate with SpicyRocket teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for startups
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Ability to identify trends and opportunities in the market
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the European, Russian, and Indian startup ecosystems and industries is a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Russian and English fluent communication skills are mandatory
