Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to lead different aspects of the relationship and represent Visa to Designated Client to implement Visa Russia strategy and scorecard by identifying and developing opportunities through consultative sales. This role focusses on business & revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Cluster, the candidate will manage the setting direction and implementation of country & client strategies, objectives and plans to achieve business targets. This will be achieved by growing the existing business and through identifying new business opportunities including the introduction and implementation of new products and services with a special focus on emerging technologies.
This position is responsible for increasing Visa revenue from Designated Client through generating opportunities and initiatives around Visa Core Products and Value-added Services, as well as identifying business opportunities in New Payment Flows. The role requires high focus on executing sales strategies, relationship strengthening, project management and implementation, managing client specific agreements, marketing, and incentive funds for designated Client. The position also demands close interaction with internal and external partners to ensure continued value-add to the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and constantly develop close relationships with decision-makers and senior management of designated client. Understand client’s business strategies, priorities, needs and business processes, introduce strategic ideas and share Visa's views on industry developments and dynamics and advise them how Visa products can impact their results
- Lead, and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing Visa revenue from Designated Clients through generating opportunities and initiatives around Visa Core Products and Value-added Services, as well as identifying business opportunities in New Payment Flows
- Develop, lead, and execute Account Plan with Client. Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver the opportunities and initiatives of the Account Plan
- Being a subject matter expert in the banking and financial services industry, development across the region and globally, analyze trends and understand factors impacting current and potential business results of Visa. Research and analyze internal / external data, information and trends to present client and market level insights
- Lead the business planning, manage and control KPIs fulfillment on all levels (country goals, account goals, deal performance), manage cross-functional discussions in relations to shared KPIs
- Lead strategic project work streams related to Visa business and strategic priorities in Russia. Maintain business landscape knowledge to provide solid foundational context to critical strategic projects

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in payments industry Retail Banking, Fintech, Management Consulting for payments industry with related sales and or project management experience with emphasis, focus on payments
- Experience and significant exposure to the financial services, payments industry required
- Proven track record of successful sales and project management
- Ability to manage cross functional relationships at various levels
- Ability to manage relationships with all levels of the client's organization, particularly with the senior management team and buyers, decision makers
- Ability to identify key strategic priorities and revenue generating streams and to generate and deliver creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities
- Ability to focus on achieving business targets through growing existing business and developing new business opportunities. Monitor business results of designated clients and anticipate challenges and take proactive measures to accomplish targets
- Proven ability negotiating business agreements and ability to enhance existing and develop new business partnerships
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and financial acumen required to be a trusted advisor
- Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing, compelling messages different stakeholders
