First super-app for decentralized finance (DeFi) is searching for Business Development Lead.

 

DeFi is a term describing financial applications that are built on blockchain. 
Сompany provides a unified multitool that gives you full access to all the advantages of DeFi in one place. You can lend, borrow, trade on margin, swap, stake, and of course earn with it.

 

Company expects candidates to have the following skills:
5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in B2B sales in finance / financial brokerage / investment banking
Perfection in presentations, pitches, negotiations, and communication
Excellency in preparing presentation decks and other marketing materials
Strong skills in defining an appropriate tone of voice for marketing materials and content
Proven experience in building business development strategies from the ground up
Efficiency in identifying emergent trends on the market
Ability to identify a circle of targeted customers and partners
Excellent skills in identifying growth opportunities and outlining an action plan to seize these opportunities
Ability to understand sophisticated technical and financial concepts
Structural thinking and ability to prioritize the pipeline
Growth hacking mindset and motivation to constant experimentation
Native English

 

Company considers the following skills as a strong advantage:
Experience in trading stocks/derivatives/cryptocurrencies
Successful experience in structuring financial/derivative products in IB or a financial broker company
Successful experience in a similar role in known DeFi startups
Technical or computer science education
Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets

 

Duties:
Define professional and retail audience segments and outline the acquisition strategy for each segment
Develop new marketing tactics and identify opportunities to expand into new channels and improve company`s tactics on current channels to boost user acquisition and retention
Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
Find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the customer base
Maintain solid relationships with customers, investors, and liquidity providers, as well as sales and marketing teams
Collect feedback from customers and provide it to the product team
Work with product managers to agree on positioning strategies for their product lines
Direct marketing efforts by presenting market research to the marketing team and suggesting strategies to expand market research
Assessing marketing and sales and recommending improvements as needed
Preparing all documentation required for presentations of new products and requests for proposals
Participating in fundraising events
Systemizing contacts and providing periodic reports
Prioritize and optimize company`s growth channels
Overseeing the annual renewals process, ensuring on-target retention of existing users
Coordination of exercises designed to capture the Voice of the Customer
