В Яндекс требуется Business Development Lead (DSP/SSP).
Yandex is actively pushing international advertising on the company’s mobile product platform. On the one hand, company attracts advertisers who need international traffic: international clients, Demand-Side Platforms (DSP), and advertising agencies, and on the other, it is an international supply-side platform (SSP) where sites and advertising networks can sell advertising space.
Company is hiring a Business Development Lead to attract international DSPs and analyze the business, identify key markets, find relevant DSP partners, connect the DSP to the Yandex SSP, and ensure the success of the DSP by taking care of their partners and customers. You will manage the team of 5 Business development managers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify focus markets for DSPs and relevant partners
- Lead the team of business developers (up to 5 employees)
- Attract new partners, work out product scenarios and business conditions for a long-term partnership
- Interact closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams on the partner side
- Work out offers together with related parties and connect partners to the Yandex SSP
- Assess KPIs on attracted and launched partners and revenue from the listed DSPs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience successfully working with partners
- Experience in mobile ad tech
- Digital market and networking expertise: you know how DSPs and SSPs work and how to interact with major clients
- Fluent English
- Team management background
