В международную EdTech-компанию Refocus открыта вакансия Business Development Head.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives in Indonesia
- Work closely with management to execute the overall business strategy
- Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships with instalment and payment partners, potential employers for our graduates, partners for internship programs, key speakers, advisors, etc.
- Lead membership in the key business associations
- Work with product team to develop new educational programs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market needs and initiate change when necessary
- Effectively communicate the company's strategy and vision to external partners to ensure alignment
- Provide clarity of performance and status to the team, key stakeholders and leadership via consistently updated metrics and dashboards
Required skills:
- Min 3 years of experience with a leading EdTech, FinTech or IT company in Indonesia for a business development position
- Ability to negotiate, conceptualise, and execute founders strategic deals
- Ability to work cross-functionally, take responsibility and be data and results driven
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end Market Research, Business Development, B2B Sales, Marketing, and negotiating principles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Start-up experience is prefered.
