Job Description:
- Responsible for the business development of local logistics networks (including last-mile networks, sorting centers, distribution centers, delivery, etc.) in Russia;
- Responsible for the maintenance of local cooperative partnership，local service provider management, last-mile networks development capacity building and maintenance.
- Responsible for the business promotion and product landing in Russia local logistics network, integrating local resources, and implementing the headquarter logistics network planning;
- Responsible for operation monitoring of local partners and exception handling, and complete business resource integration and deployment management.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, working experience in multinational company is preferred
- More than 5 years of working experience, more than 3 years working experience in Russia, experience in offline promotion management in logistics or Internet industry, or experience in FMCG channel sales.
- Fluent in Russian and English, Chinese is preferred.
- Strong organization and coordination ability, self-management ability, good communication and expression ability, good sense of customer service.
- Good sense of management and overall situation, sensitive to business, quickly land ideas and attain the results.
- Optimistic, tenacious, enthusiastic, curious, self-motivated, good for others, strong sense of teamwork and resilience.
