Voice Tech company is looking for a Business Development Director.
Company is looking for a Moscow-based Director of Business Development to drive sales and lead to significant growth in the up-market segments within Russia and CIS for two of products: AI Contact Centers and Voice Biometrics. In this role, you will lead a team of result-oriented sales professionals and shape the company’s sales development strategy to the market demand to reach double-digit growth in the assigned regions. Customers mostly come from the following industries: Banks, Telecom, Retail&E-commerce, Public Sector, Transport&Logistics, Service Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the execution of sales strategy on the assigned territories and ensuring quota achievement by the team
- Hiring, managing and coaching B2B sales team
- Conducting regular pipeline reviews with the members of the team and supervising their performance vs KPIs
- Coordinating cross-functional cooperation of sales team with other business functions
- Participating in strategically important client negotiations and meetings
- Providing regular reports and feedback from the field to HQ
- This role assumes regular business travel
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct enterprise-level sales experience on the Russian market as a consistent top performer
- Proven use of consultative selling methodology to achieve superior results
- Experience of selling services to C-level executives, decision-makers, and end-users
- Experience in conducting cold calls
- Experience leading 5+ people teams engaged in enterprise-level sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop others
- Passion to rapidly building expertise in a new region and/or industry verticals
- Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- High autonomy in achieving business objectives
- Fluency in English (C1-C2)
