Job Description:
Engaged in AliExpress Russian marketplace merchants business development, contract negotiation,onboarding process, be responsible for merchants logistics experience
Strive to increase solution adoption rate by continuously improving merchants retention, and new merchants acquisition
Explore business pain points by analyzing merchants business operation, building right solution, lead or participate in multi-functions projects for solution, work cross Bus
Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above
Language: good written and spoken Russian&Chinese or Russian&English
At least 5 years logistic or merchants management related working experience, with solution capability
Logical and strategic thinking, Data analyzing and intelligent
