Drinkit is a fast-growing digital-first coffee chain startup in Dubai that aims to provide customers with the best coffee experience through innovation and high-quality ingredients.
About the Role:
The company is looking for a business development manager to join the team to help find new locations for Drinkit in Dubai.
The company expects them to:
- Search premisses for coffee shops suitable to our requirements
- Manage relationships with main leasing managers, negotiate with business towers owners
- Build a case about the location: revenue forecast, traffic at the location, CAPEX, ROI for the location
- Draft and submit budget proposals and ensure the project expenses are within the budget
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- At least four years of work experience
- A systematic approach, a willingness to drive a lot around the city
- This is a full-time position; the candidate must be located in Dubai
