Сервис для совместной работы Wrike ищет Business Analytics Team Lead.

Please note: the position is open for a person who will be ready to relocate from Russia to Prague office, within 3-6 months after employment commences in St Petersburg office OR Russia (remote). Visa and relocation packaged are offered to successful candidates.

Company is looking for a Lead to manage a team of Business Analysts that builds a reliable and scalable infrastructure, designs and maintains clean data sources for Business Analytics, Strategic Sales and Operations teams.
Role Overview:
If you are interested in data sources design and business metrics development, have experience in people management, company would love to hear from you. Data infrastructure is based on GCP (BigQuery, DataFlow, AI Platform, etc) and Airflow. You will be working with Business Analytics Development and Data Engineering team on data warehouse design, with the Sales Strategy and Planning team on improving the insights. Drive the necessary changes to the underlying data structure and instrumentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of BA Analysts based in Prague and Saint-Petersburg
- Manage, motivate and train the Business Analytics team
- Design, develop and monitor high-quality sources in GTM data warehouse
- Engineer and maintain relevant and insightful business metrics
- Enable and maintain best practices of data quality control, code review and knowledge sharing
- Gather business requirements from cross-functional teams
- Efficiently drive adoption of metrics and frameworks among cross-functional teams
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making process across GTM business and revenue-focused teams
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments on data design
- Apply emerging trends on the data organization, analysis techniques and data usage across Wrike
Basic Qualifications:
- Solid track of relevant work experience in the BI domain (Data architecture and management, business analytics and reporting)
- Proven experience in team management
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proven experience in business data design and visualization
- Strong expertise in BI tools (Tableau / PowerBi / Qlik View or similar)
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PostgreSQL or Google BigQuery
- Understanding SQL query optimization and database management
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience in at least one general-purpose programming language (Python, Javascript, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and process management skills
