Toyota Motor is looking for a Business Analyst.
Key Function:
Act as the technical expert for business applications, which is covering all marketing, vehicle sales and aftersales business processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with other business application technical experts
Work with other business analysts who identify requirements to business applications
Work with the IT Architect to develop the target application architecture and data flow diagram
Supplier team control in terms of the quality of development and right understanding of the system requirements specification
Continually grow knowledge of supported technology and product areas to have clear understanding of current / future technology requirements.
Understand key functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate implementation of new functionality
Personal qualifications & experience:
Bachelor degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Awareness of the technology organisation and technology strategy
Basic familiarity with the company’s products and services
Strong analytical and writing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong influencing / negotiation skills
Agile/SCRUM experience
Business experience is a plus
