The company searches for a Business Analyst to work in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
– Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
– Identifying specific business opportunities
– Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which the organisation can operate more effectively
– Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
– Converting business goals into specific software requirements
– Validating resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
– Interpreting and evaluating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
– Coordinating with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
– Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
– Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Requirements:
– University degree in business or related field or an MBA
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
– 1+ year of experience as a business analyst/project manager in hospitality industry in UAE market is advantage
– Proficiency in English
– Experience in creating detailed reports
– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Extensive experience with data visualization
– High proficiency in technical writing
– Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
