Adidas has opened a position of a BU BOS Аpparel Director.
Responsibilities
Lead and be responsible for category market share growth with financial KPIs: NS, SM%, SM Abs, across all distribution channels: CS, E-COM, FO, WHS.
Represent business & range needs from the side of the market to headquarters based on seasonal performance analysis, business needs and strategic necessity.
Be the first contact person in BU, lead Cross BU, Cross-functional and Cross department projects.
Sharpen the positioning/perception on the market. Strengthen the connection between the Brand, key partners and the consumer.
Create, Align and Manage local GTM calendars, events, activations based on global guidelines/local market needs, with clear focus on brand and BU KPI Share of Search growth among consumer.
Lead the range selection process and actively contribute to higher range efficiency to drive sport credibility in the market.
Analyze, prepare and lead seasonal product inputs with Global BU team pointing out specific business risks and opportunities.
Implement global and local best practices to ensure business process efficiency.
Lead people with a focus on high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of team members
Requirements
Strong leadership & management skills
Strong communication skills with direct reports, but more importantly, with all the counterparts that they will have to influence and work with
Strong cross-functional experience, across merchandising, marketing, sales and retail, finance
Strong industry knowledge, across divisions—footwear, apparel and accessories
Expert understanding and passion for local Market´s’ consumers, accounts, economic environment, brand and commercial needs
5-7 years of cross functional experience in brand management, merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail required
Bachelor in related field required.
