Job Description:
- Develop and coordinate and execution brand strategy and tactics
- Identify innovative business building ideas to increase business prospects
- Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability
- Developing brand positioning and communication strategies
- Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events
- Manage digital life of the brand: define, plan, schedule, budget and manage all digital project activities (digital agencies/bloggers), applying creative and strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving
- Brand and corporate site maintenance (content)
- Take lead in NPD process
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets
- Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products
- Work with other business units to execute business plans to meet revenue targets
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development
- Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget, manage document work flow
Requirements:
- 3-5 year of relevant experience in FMCG sector preferably
- Еxperience in managing agencies
- Digital promotion experience: briefing, control, execution
- Developing and managing BTL and PR activities
- Budget planning and P&L control for assigned portfolio
