В PepsiCo требуется Бренд-менеджер (Чудо).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sustainable growth of business & brand KPI's, define brand profitability factors and opportunities to activate it
  • Contribute to strategic and annual brand plans development and their execution via leading assigned work streams
  • Monitoring and deep-dive analysis of brand performance data (market data, internal and sell-out data, consumer data, etc.) to evaluate achievement vs. targets and to propose corrective measures and learning's for future
  • New product development, including deep dive into consumers’ insights, trends & market analysis, collaboration with R&D, pack design development, artwork approval, P&L management incl. COGS formulation
  • Support sales teams with all necessary instruments & materials to win in store by developing selling stories for NPD/PROMO to customers, in store POSM, toolkits for NPD launches, shopper activations mechanics
  • Collaborate with Insights, Commercial, R&D, Commercialization, Design center and other cross-functional teams to implement brand plans

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing with proven business results as Brand Manager/Junior Brand Manager
  • Good analytical skills; high accuracy; ability to work with big amount of data (see connections in data, trends, quickly analyze complex problems)
  • High passion to brand building and marketing, constant search for new consumer/market trends
  • Product development (NPD) experience: concept writing; consumer insights analysis; P&L management, understanding retail business specifics
  • Communication development: ATL/Digital/Social Media/BTL
  • Excellent time and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and engage other people to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills; ability to efficiently operate and achieve results through teamwork
  • Fluency in English is a must (both writing and verbal)
  • Strong motivation to learn and gain marketing and dairy category expertise
  • Active user of MS Power Point; Excel skills; Nielsen database
