L’Oréal Russia is looking for a Brand Marketing Head Yves Saint Laurent & Urban Decay in the Luxe Division.

 

The future candidate will be responsible for the marketing strategy of the Division’s key strategic business unit, targeting accelerated growth for both brands. In this critical role, the future Brand Marketing Head will pursue ambitious goals of further strengthening the brands’ position in the market gaining market share, building and implementing the local strategy in line with the global view, leading a team of strong and motivated professionals and strongly collaborating with other functions. Company is looking for a bright leader and young-spirited marketeer to lead the marketing strategy of the most exciting Luxe brands in the market.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Define consumer-centric marketing strategy for the brand in 3 years perspective, build strong local plan, which will be consistent with global strategy (MS gain plan & Image rankings progression: marketing + co-creation w/trade & retail)
  • Own all key business unit metrics (turnover, P&L, gross margin & profitability, market share, brand equity, Globe Image scores)
  • Implement new launches and integrated marketing campaigns, build engaging omni-channel consumer experience and resonating creative solutions on a cluttered beauty market
  • Be responsible for developing three categories (fragrances, make up, skincare), making clear bets and choices
  • Manage marketing budget and sales forecast accuracy, think ROI
  • Define and implement media & advocacy strategy and budget, local adaptation of global communications
  • Manage and develop marketing team, constantly strengthening their professional expertise
  • Make clear and strong recommendations to local & global top management in terms of marketing strategy, portfolio management
  • Lead with CMI, collect and analyze consumer and market insights to provide best-in-class consumer journey

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in team management roles
  • Strong ability to lead and develop team, ability to influence other departments and collaborate with them, entrepreneurial & cooperation spirit
  • Digital marketing experience is a must, luxe/beauty experience is a plus, proven track record of FMCG marketing achievements is a plus
  • Agile leadership, strategic vision & creative thinking, entrepreneurial approach, strong analytical and presentation skills, portfolio management, media 360 management
  • Strong understanding & track record of e-com business and retail management
