L’Oréal Luxe Russia is seeking a Brand Marketing Head for fragrance business unit.
Tasks:
Deliver brand performance KPIs: volume, net sales, profit, and market share. Adjust brand strategy andactivation plan in response to the fast-changing environment
Lead annual plan development, including budgeting, launch planning, communication strategy in line with the global guidelines
Partner with sell-in, sell-out and trade marketing teams to define retail activation strategy and support (priorities, planograms, promo-strategy, market share targets, major activations, and events). Deliver tailored plans for specific customers, dedicated plans for flagship outlets with focus on retail experience, set-up E-commerce strategy for success.
Аdjust category strategy in fast changing business environment: define portfolio, support model, commercial priorities, need in local communication, innovation pipeline, commercial strategy.
Lead development and execution of local 360 activation strategy: Media planning with special focus on Digital, BTL, CRM, PR. Define local influencer strategy. Plan and execute launch campaigns in line with the global calendar and guidelines.
Contribute into building local consumer insights understanding.
Develop the team: train and coach in marketing skills, media planning, project management, communication etc. Improve team capability and capacity, effectiveness of collaboration.
Collaborate with international teams: ensure alignment, timely reporting, and best-in-class relationship.
Ensure Russia point of view is known and respected, innovation and communication fits country needs, innovation gaps and specific local needs/ insights are clearly defined and communicated, drive decision on who does what on fixing the gap and lead local action plan.
