L’Oréal Luxe Russia is looking for a Brand Marketing Head (Lancôme).

 

L’Oréal Russia is looking for a Brand Marketing Head Lancôme in the Luxe Division. The future candidate will be responsible for the marketing strategy of the Division’s biggest brand – Lancôme. In this critical role, the future Brand Marketing Head will pursue ambitious goals of further strengthening the brand’s position on the market, building and implementing the local strategy in line with the global view, leading a team of strong and motivated professionals and strongly collaborating with other functions.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Define marketing strategy for the brand in 3 years perspective, build strong local plan, which will be consistent with global strategy
  • Implement new launches and integrated marketing campaigns, build engaging omni-channel consumer experience
  • Be responsible for developing three categories (skincare, fragrances and make up), making clear bets and choices
  • Manage marketing budget and sales forecast accuracy, think ROI
  • Define and implement media strategy and budget, local adaptation of global communications
  • Manage and develop marketing team, constantly strengthening their professional expertise
  • Make clear and strong recommendations to local & global top management in terms of marketing strategy, portfolio management
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights to provide best-in-class consumer journey
  • Work together with cross-functions with the focus on e-com, retail, trade and engagement teams, ensure that brand’s goals are clear and pursued by all teams

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in team management roles
  • Strong ability to lead team, ability to influence other departments and collaborate with them, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Digital marketing experience is a must, luxe/beauty experience is a plus
  • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong understanding of e-com and retail
