L’Oréal Russia is looking for a Brand Marketing Head Lancôme in the Luxe Division. The future candidate will be responsible for the marketing strategy of the Division’s biggest brand - Lancôme.


Key responsibilities:

  • Define marketing strategy for the brand in 3 years perspective, build strong local plan, which will be consistent with global strategy
  • Implement new launches and integrated marketing campaigns, build engaging omni-channel consumer experience
  • Be responsible for developing three categories (skincare, fragrances and make up), making clear bets and choices
  • Manage marketing budget and sales forecast accuracy, think ROI
  • Define and implement media strategy and budget, local adaptation of global communications
  • Manage and develop marketing team, constantly strengthening their professional expertise
  • Make clear and strong recommendations to local & global top management in terms of marketing strategy, portfolio management
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights to provide best-in-class consumer journey
  • Work together with cross-functions with the focus on e-com, retail, trade and engagement teams, ensure that brand’s goals are clear and pursued by all teams



  • 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in team management roles
  • Strong ability to lead team, ability to influence other departments and collaborate with them, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Digital marketing experience is a must, luxe/beauty experience is a plus
  • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong understanding of e-com and retail
