L’Oréal Russia is looking for a Brand Marketing Head Lancôme in the Luxe Division. The future candidate will be responsible for the marketing strategy of the Division’s biggest brand - Lancôme.
Key responsibilities:
- Define marketing strategy for the brand in 3 years perspective, build strong local plan, which will be consistent with global strategy
- Implement new launches and integrated marketing campaigns, build engaging omni-channel consumer experience
- Be responsible for developing three categories (skincare, fragrances and make up), making clear bets and choices
- Manage marketing budget and sales forecast accuracy, think ROI
- Define and implement media strategy and budget, local adaptation of global communications
- Manage and develop marketing team, constantly strengthening their professional expertise
- Make clear and strong recommendations to local & global top management in terms of marketing strategy, portfolio management
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights to provide best-in-class consumer journey
- Work together with cross-functions with the focus on e-com, retail, trade and engagement teams, ensure that brand’s goals are clear and pursued by all teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in team management roles
- Strong ability to lead team, ability to influence other departments and collaborate with them, entrepreneurial spirit
- Digital marketing experience is a must, luxe/beauty experience is a plus
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial approach
- Strong understanding of e-com and retail
