About the role:
Brand Marketing and Planning Director is primarily responsible for marketing, developing and bringing to life the brand-marketing plan that positions Domina for long-term growth, while continuously boosting brand recognition and reputation. In addition, this leader is responsible for overall marketing planning and the execution of the global marketing plan, including the development of content and campaigns that will differentiate Domina hotel chain from its competitive set and meaningfully impact brand recognition and preference in ways that enable business growth.
Job Description:
- Manages Domina brand and corporate marketing strategy planning, development, integration, and program execution including the activation of Domina brand strategy to include products and programs, e.g., Manages competitive market, and customer insights strategy and program design and development including influencer programs
- Develops and manages Domina overall marketing content strategy
- Develops a holistic Global Marketing plan for Russian market
- Manages marketing and messaging planning and scheduling efforts to better orchestrate priority of marketing messages across channels to deliver short-term revenue generation and longer-term brand health. Performs other reasonable job duties as required
- Responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies and activities. Responsible for the Marketing, D- Club development, Promotions, Advertising, Media Buying, Graphic Arts. Supervises all areas of Marketing Department including: Marketing, Development, Database, Advertising Services, All associated Supervisory and support staffs including Outside Advertising / PR Agencies, suppliers and vendors
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of marketing resources, policies, practices, and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Skilled in decision-making and conflict resolution in a fast paced, continuously changing, customer focused environment
- Passion for strategic involvement in the creation and execution of departmental and company-wide goals and objectives
- Knowledge of marketing trends and practices within the industry
- Flexibility, adaptability, and capability to manage and prioritize multiple and conflicting priorities and tasks
- Strong business experience in reviewing and developing marketing plans, marketing materials and collateral
- Experience analyzing and making recommendations on promotions
- Ability to create effective cross-company working relationships and execute on business plans which requires multi-division participation
- Ability to draft complex reports and materials and give lengthy oral and written presentations
- Experience with ad campaigns including media experience in graphics designs
Duties and responsibilities:
- Make Domina brand recognizable on all levels within Russian Federation through leading marketing campaigns and networking
- Provide marketing support to the Development director to enable efficient expansion of the brand
- Maintain positive image of the Brand and of the company
- Assist with the development and implementation of short and long term strategic marketing plans involving events, tournaments, promotions, and entertainment
- Prepares annual marketing plan and budget that will help maintain and grow a strong local base of customers along with cultivating outer market and new business aligned with the business objectives
- Helps to coordinate and implement strategic alliances with reputable business partners creating greater brand awareness
- Prepares contracts with various vendors including entertainers, suppliers, charter companies, transportation, advertising services or public relations agencies or group or convention business
- Works as local and regional market expert regarding business marketing issues and make recommendations on short and long term strategies
- Gives regular ongoing feedback to the Chief Operating Officer, Management regarding the reactions of the customers and prospective customers across all channels
- Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of direct marketing programs and developing new strategies as needed
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned
- Works closely with global Domina marketing team
- Develops strategic brand partnerships with relevant business partners
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Fluent English
- Full time position based in Moscow or Saint Petersburg
- Proficient use of Excel and Microsoft Office generally
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- First class communicator
- Knowledge of data, and administrative management practices and procedures
