What you'll do:
- Develop strategy for respective brand, based on consumer and market analysis & research, opportunities and drivers
- Contribute to identifying and programming long term vision for overall business development
- Drive consumer understanding and insights to strengthen brand(s) communication. Translating consumer insights into clear actions
- Lead the equity, innovation and activation elements of brand strategy
- Execute commercial plans (fulfilment of net revenue, gross margin targets and market share within assigned area of responsibility)
- Monitor and report key brand KPIs, market trends, competitor activity and portfolio performance
- Develop and execute new launches pipeline from idea to shelf
- Lead brands’ communication assets development and execution
- Plan and manage marketing budget within assigned area of responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional team: supply, sales, trade marketing, finance & product
- Effective project leadership and project management. Proactive participation in cross-functional project teamwork
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in FMCG multinational company with a strong marketing and sales oriented exposure
- Postgraduate education is a plus
- Proven expertise managing and motivating outside agencies and vendors
- Proven ability or understanding to execute insight led marketing plans that drive competitive advantage along the path to purchase
- Good business/marketing acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work with big data
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (verbal and writing)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Enthusiastic, determined and positive mind-set with superior level of dedication, self-motivation and discipline
- Good time management and capability to handle set of complex projects at the same time
- Experience working with subordinates
