Main duties and responsibilities:
Projects (50% of workload)
Create marketing strategy for Auchentoshan which let brand becomes #2 in Single Malt category (in value)
Localize communication platform for Russian Market
Build strong media strategy with focus on growing brand awareness in Moscow
Operations (35% of workload)
Active participation in S&OP cycle (NPD meeting, Gap closure meeting, Sales&Marketing meeting) ensuring all key topics are raised and decisions taken
A to Z NPD management (selling story, volumes split, pricing ladder, P&L, product review, listings monitoring)
Ensuring focus months’ activation in off and on-trade: briefing TM, development of an activation mechanic, production of POSM, preparation of brand information materials
POSM & promo execution: Ensure POSM (SPP, visibility materials, GWP) executional excellence: address program, timely production, delivery and placement. Ensure shelf execution in off-trade and execution in on-trade in accordance with set of KPIs (menu, serves, etc.)
A&P management (forecasting)
Strategy (15% of workload)
On-going brand performance analysis (scorecards) as well as ad-hoc analysis
Analysis of learnings summary of all key researches
Analysis for pricing strategy
Growth (brand) plan preparation
Preparing for QBRs (quarterly business reviews with shareholders)
Qualifications:
Relevant experience 3 years+ in on position of Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager or equivalent
Strong project management skills, preferably experience of leading/participating in cross functional processes or projects
Experience in rolling out communication and brand activation
Experience of developing and launching new products
Ability to analyze facts and conceptual information. Identifies opportunities and barriers, make well-considered decisions to transform them into compelling business cases
Very good analytical skills (usage of Nielsen, databases etc.)
Strong domain of MS office — Excel, PPT presentations – advanced
English – B2 (upper intermediate) or higher
Strong communication and influential skills. Ability to align all initiatives among the main stake holders
