The legendary Moscow restaurants Coffeemania is looking for a Brand Manager Coffeemania.
What are the main focuses:
Contribute to long term marketing strategy development;
Contribute to marketing annual calendar building;
Identify new growth opportunities; propose relevant communication tools to grow brand penetration;
Execute aligned marketing activities;
Control Brand Guardrails accomplishment across all the touchpoints;
Monitor and analyze brand performance data (market data, consumer data, sales & CRM data etc.) to build data driven efficient marketing plans, propose corrective measures and learnings for future activities;
Build fruitful collaboration with x-functional Team (Digital, PR, Art, Menu, Barista departments etc.) in order to maximize marketing efforts pay-off;
Find and build efficient collaboration with external partners / 3rd parties;
Regularly monitor and report consumers feedback, competitive and market trends;
Initiate and coordinate market research projects when needed in order to build deep consumer understanding and identify growth opportunities for the brand.
What is needed for success:
Higher education. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in leading multinational FMCG / B2C companies;
Proven track record in growing Brands;
Strong functional marketing experience, including sufficient contribution to strategy development, communication platforms and assets development, marketing activations creation & execution, experience in influence marketing and collaborations building;
Strong consumer orientation, good understanding of premium target audience and their needs, competitors and market environment. High awareness of societal, consumer (incl digital marketing) and market trends;
Entrepreneurial / “act as owner” attitude, result oriented, proactive & creative approach to find new growth opportunities;
Positive mindset, can do attitude, flexible to changes;
Proven ability to work independently, generate new opportunities for business development and leverage resources to achieve results;
Team player, strong communication & interpersonal skills, good influencing skills. Ability to build effective network, close cooperation and gain alignment cross-functionally;
Organized, structured, good time-management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize tasks & resources and run multiple projects at the same time. Ability to prioritize various communication / activation opportunities to maximize ROI and execute strategic priorities;
Strong verbal and analytical skills (able to analyze and draw conclusions quickly from data).
