Moёt Hennessy Russia is looking for a Brand Manager.
Description of the role:
Implement brand strategy and manage marketing activations;
Use market research to create competitive portfolio (recommendations for new SKUs introduction);
Bring disruptive ideas to build the brand within limited budgets;
Plan and launch activations in on-trade, off-trade, CPS together with trade marketing;
Budget control and follow-ups with financial department;
Ensure correct pricing strategy across channels;
Control new launches and stocks with import and supply chain;
Work with communication department on ways to promote the brand;
Close work with brand ambassador, development of annual education plan;
Regular status and report to Marketing Director;
Communication with Maison.
Profile:
At least 5 years in BM position;
Professional experience & know how:
Full brands ownership;
Translation & adaptation brand strategies into brand plans;
Market trends monitoring, consumer markets and competitors’ investigation to identify; opportunities and key issues;
Develop effective brand merchandising and promotional strategies;
Drive strong innovative approach;
