Essity is currently recruiting a Brand Manager to join the Consumer Goods business unit.
Main tasks:
- Participate in development and execution of strategic framework and innovation pipeline for Zewa bathroom tissue category
- Manage launches and re-launches preparation and implementation based on local production
- Support and deep involvement into effective category plan covering objectives, strategies and executional programs. Provide leadership and expertise in working across functional fields
- Analyze market, consumers’ and shoppers’ insights to identify growth opportunities for Zewa brand
- Lead development, implementation, and evaluation (ROMI) of all category marketing initiatives within given time frames
- Develop and manage implementation of 360 degree programs in line with brand strategies that generate profitable volume growth and support brand building
- Ensure compliance with brand equity in ATL & BTL communications in Russia
- Development and execution of ATL/BTL communication materials development and production, budget management within allocated limit, projects leadership
- Look for the opportunities to improve category P&Ls
Key competencies:
- University Degree. Marketing/Economy degree is a plus
- At least 3 years working experience in similar area
- Budget management
- Strong project management skills
- Ownership for projects and processes
- P&L understanding
- Deep knowledge of business value chain process
- Strong analytical skills
- Consumer, shopper and customer understanding
- Knowledge of sales and customer marketing basics
