BIC is currently looking for a Brand Manager.

 

Job Description:

Preparation of marketing plans;
Promotional evaluations – final evaluations of promotions and campaigns, presented to the colleagues;
Regularly analyzing the information provided by the profitability reports;
Regular analysis and presentation of GFK data to the sales team;
Constant follow-up on the accurate administration of the products’ life cycle in the internal database;
Coordinating local packing activities, along with the involved departments (i.e: developing stickers, production flow, etc.);
Extracting and processing information from the system in order to provide necessary sales reports solicited by colleagues from the department and from the line manager;
Preparing and holding product training for external partners in order to better understand the products and the market evolution;
Organization of the brand participation in trade fairs and exhibitions;
Regular store check-ups for updated information on the market, clients, competition, promotions, price strategies, promotional materials;
Handling the marketing budget allocated to Stationery Category;
Providing necessary ATL and BTL marketing support in accordance to Marketing plans.

 

Qualifications:

University degree;
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG: marketing / category management / product Management;
Advanced English;
MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency;
Strong communication skills;
Analytical thinking, ability to work with big amounts of data;
Solution focused personality.
