The French pharmaceutical company Innotech, representing original products in the field of gynecology, phlebology and pediatrics, opens the position of Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for 2 strategic brands
Responsible for developing & executing in-country marketing activities for these brands, to increase market penetration and profitability
Understands market trends and develops product positioning and growth strategy
Executing marketing plans to meet sales and market share results
Applying customer and market insights in developing assumptions for forecasts and demand plans
Analyzing brand / competitor performance and market place and identify key measures to assess plan performance at the market, segment, and customer levels, taking into account key drivers of consumer behavior
Developing high quality brand plans based on in-depth understanding of customer, country & consumer needs
Controlling product information, future trends, marketing strategy and key activities are communicated to Field Force and other key players on a regular basis
Establishing and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and opinion leaders. Identify and lead execution of key opinion leaders development program, in support of in-country brand planning
Cross-functional Cooperation / Coordination:
Coordinating marketing activities with other departments (especially close to Sales, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain)
Providing pricing proposals in collaboration with Market Access / Commercial
Budgeting: Manage brand A&P budget
Key interfaces include: Sales & Commercial; Medical; Key Opinion Leaders; Professional medical associations; Marketing & Advertising agencies, Market research agencies
Analysis and planning of primary, secondary, and retail sales for the assigned products
Training of medical representatives in the tactics of promoting the products
Requirements:
University degree in Pharmacy and/or Clinical Research, Degree in Business marketing preferred
Foreign Languages: English upper-intermediate written and spoken
Experience / Professional Requirement: Advanced understanding of marketing operations and science, more than 2 years operational Pharma marketing / sales experience
Experience in digital promotion for HCPs (participation in the development of the project, KPI monitoring)
Outstanding customer focus and insight
Skills of searching for data on testing hypotheses in the framework of approving the marketing promotion strategy
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
Strong computer & analytical skills
