A media and entertainment company that partners with creators to create content, IP addresses and live broadcasts is in search Brand manager.

 

Responsibilities:

Planning digital activations of Russian social networks for brands the company works with;
Drive research and build insights, identifying culture trends and references — backed with data and strengthened by qualitative inputs across Russia;
Work closely with the team in India to assimilate and translate brand briefs into region specific digital content campaigns ensuring adherence to brand goals, targets, 360 degree opportunities and budget efficiencies;
Lead the creative mechanics and strategies for branded campaigns and supervision with the creators involved while liaising with the brand / client;
Preparing content briefs for the artists / creators based on the brief from the brand / client. Monitoring of the production / implementation according to the brief;
Legal and monetary negotiations with partners, agencies and creators and implementing of the agreements as per international law;
Monitoring the timely execution of campaigns, tracking the execution and appraising the brand / client with the statuses throughout the year;
Control of the documentation of media campaigns (understand briefs from brand, making briefs for creators, timely preparation of contracts with partners, creating media plans for the brand, reporting and analysis of the content);
Coordination / cooperation with the financial department to control timely payments to partners;
Tracking budget splits of the campaigns, reporting after the end of campaigns;
Working with the analytics department (assistance in the preparation of all project reports), analysis of the results collection. Deep knowledge of media planning, ROI reports, social media efficiency.

 

Requirements:

5 — 6 years of experience in the digital content and management/branded content/creator management/media space;
Have a holistic understanding of digital operations, measurement, and campaign deployment;
Are on top of digital content trends and love consuming content and discovering new creators and platforms across Russia;
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments;
Ability to work across diverse cultures and markets;
Readiness for business trips in Russia or as filming is planned;
Have a mid-level knowledge of video production;
Are proficient in speaking and writing English and Russian;
Will be a bonus if you have previous experience in media buying, digital media tools skills or artist management / liaising experience in Russia with an in-depth understanding of the media industry.
