KIA is searching for Brand Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Adapt and implement Global Brand strategy & standards over Russia and CIS countries
Ensure and keep control over Brand strategy execution on all marketing areas / channels
Supervise corporate identity (CI) standards compliance
Develop local Brand communication platform, organize brand campaigns & measure efficiency
Set-up and coordinate IMC process both for Brand & Marketing Communication activities
Develop & implement / control on implementation of Integrated brand activities (TTL, traditional, digital, special projects, product-placement, native, etc.)
Organize proper cooperation within cross-functional integrated projects (Digital, PR, Brand, Dealer marketing and Product) to ensure brand consistency on all levels
Manage production and maintain creative assets of all types (ATL, Digital, etc.)
Supervise IMC process for New Product Launches in accordance with Brand guidelines
Manage agencies (media, digital, creative) to ensure efficient brand communications
Cross-department TFT, coordination of brand focused activities over the Company
Requirements (skills, knowledge and experience):
Proved marketing experience in Automotive (6 year +)
Experience in Creative, Brand management, Strategy and Communication development
Multichannel campaigns planning and management previous solid experience
Strong communications skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), presentation skills & reporting
English upper-intermediate
