Japan Tobacco International is looking for a Brand Manager.
What will you do:
- Lead and ensure excellent execution of multiple brand initiatives across the marketing mix: product, packaging, ecosystem, positioning;
- Adaptation of Global guidelines, development of activation tools for RRP DTC, Consumer Care and Digital Teams;
- Proactively engage with other functions (Trade Marketing, Finance, Business Planning and Logistics, Sales) to drive brand agenda;
- Contribute to ASP planning and strategic presentations;
- Ensure consistency in brand communication among all channels;
- Being in charge of Commercial KPIs development and monitoring and performance reporting;
- Analyze and maintain the price structure of allocated brand’s sub-families and control over consistent implementation of agreed price on the market;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Global functions (HQ BG, R&D, PMO, GBS), agencies and internal stakeholders.
The company expects from you:
- University Degree (preferably Economics or Marketing);
- 3 years in Brand Marketing with proven track record in;
- Successful fulfillment of complex projects involving several internal & external parties;
- Consumer or trade initiatives planning, implementation & analysis;
- Market / brand performance analysis;
- Budget planning & control;
- English: Fluent (spoken, written);
- Strong strategic and creative thinking;
- Broad-minded, strong analytical skills;
- Adapt easily and rapidly to any changes and to be at ease to work in a dynamic and complex environment;
- Ability to cope with multiple tasks;
- Self-disciplined, organized, result-oriented, willing to take responsibility;
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills, high presentation skills, active team player, able to energize and lead people;
- Good stress/conflict management skills;
- Excellent time management and coordination skills, ability to work under time pressure;
- Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation, strong commitment and desire to grow within RRP function;
- Ready to work with variety of stakeholders with different seniority.
