Hochalnd Russland is looking for a Brand Manager.
Key accountabilities:
- Drives Hochland brand, developing all elements of marketing mix – product, innovation, packaging, marketing communication, activations, etc.
- Analyzes and synthesizes business information to develop clear growth strategies; digs into details to gain helicopter view on business
- Challenges status quo to reveal extra growth sources for the business
- Proactively develops breakthrough innovation concepts. Leads innovation projects: from a concept to post-launch evaluation
- Develops and executes brand programs and brand communication with agencies from brief to launch. Finds the most powerful creative and activation ideas to make sure Hochland develops as appealing up-to-date brand
- Prepares efficient and balanced media plans using omni-channel approach (TV, OLV, SMM, in-store, on-pack, etc.)
- Liaises with other functions to ensure smooth communication and launches – production, R&D, procurement, sales, finance, etc.
- Drives excellence in execution within the whole organization, building engagement around marketing initiatives and contributing to vision of marketing-driven organization
