Main responsibilities:
- Development of a launch strategy and implementation plan (brand plan)
- Budgeting and building a short and long-term forecast model
- Work with brand PL, costs control
- Promotional activities through omni-channel marketing (F2F visits, digital campaign, educational events)
- Successful collaboration with KOL
- Field force training and leading a brand team
- Leading cross-functional teams (trade-marketing, sales, medical etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing of Rx retail products for at least 2 years
- High professional education (in marketing is a plus)
- English Upper- Intermediate and above
- Analysis skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode
- Advanced presentation skills
- Good communication skills, ability to build partnerships and work in a cross-functional environment
