Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and activating key growth levers on brand according to the total company objectives;
- Category portfolio management, lead development of pipe-line, development and launch of new products and packaging innovations;
- Lead strategic thinking, proactive approach and believer outstanding plans, communication, innovation & activation grounded in strong consumer insights & data analysis;
- Lead agencies and cross-functional teams in the development of communication and products;
- Manage the budget to maximize the impact of this spend;
- Understand consumer and be capable to generate insights;
Requirements:
- University degree, 3+ years' experience in a brand marketing (priority FMCG);
- English (Upper-Intermediate), Excellent MS Office (Excel, Power point);
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo, initiate (self- starter), lead projects and people effectively;
- The ability to influence others, drive progress and performance, to quickly adapt plans to address emerging trends and competitive threats, to create brand strategy and manage marketing mix in concert with the brand strategy;
- Inventive mind, creative approach to getting things done, strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills;
- The skills to be a team leader that collaborates effectively across all functions and at all levels in the organization;
